Make sure your iPhone can reach the SmartGrill server configured in the app. If the server is on your local network, confirm that your iPhone is connected to the same network and that Local Network access is enabled for SmartGrill.

Make sure your iPhone can reach the SmartGrill server configured in the app. If the server is on your local network, confirm that your iPhone is connected to the same network and that Local Network access is enabled for SmartGrill.
If a probe shows as disconnected, check that it is firmly connected to your thermometer. Temperature information becomes available automatically when the SmartGrill server reports the probe.
Live Activities start with an active grilling session. Check that Live Activities are allowed for SmartGrill in iOS settings if they do not appear on your Lock Screen or Dynamic Island.
For temperature alerts, allow notifications for SmartGrill in iOS settings and make sure the notification functionality of your SmartGrill setup is available.
